We have a direct-desired vision to offer unique service opportunities for homeless, disabled, and transitioning female veterans of all branches of the United States Armed Forces. Our biggest mission for them, is to build, attain, as well as provide services within the framework of housing. As we have served our country, we serve each other and our communities, in the pursuit of loving God and people; offering freedom and joy.

Our Vision



Joy Restored, a faith based 501c3 non-profit, exists to enrich, educate, and empower youth and adult women. We do this by offering programs that will help promote health and wellness, career development, life skills, as well as positive social interactions. We aim to foster hope, as well as a stronger educational, financial, and spiritual foundation, for families and individuals.

At Joy Restored Outreach, our team consists of health care providers, operations management, as well as technology and administrative professionals. With tested and proven abilities beyond common practices for their abilities. We seek to bring new opportunities to the community, enhancing the quality of life, while providing the best services available. We strive to set forth a higher standard for services, that will provide the best care within our facilities.

Joy Restored is supported by several corporative individuals and organizations: Daychell Bridges of Grace Realtors and Johnnie Lloyd & Associates, to name a few . Together, our efforts and accomplishments, will bring forth a higher level of excellence, character, and quality. To date, we are the only non-profit organization located within the St. Louis Metropolitan, that houses homeless female veterans and their children. In their November 18, 2019 article, “Homeless female veterans: Out of sight, out of mind,” the Penn State News reports that female veterans are the fastest growing demographic among the homeless population in the United States, and face a double hurdle of distance and invisibility in getting the health services they need from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
